NADN consumer fraud ripoff

Last october i call nadn to get a quote on having my next year's taxes done. This was on a referal from someone i work with. They said they would look at the last three years taxes and do the next three years for one fee.

I sent my taxes in for the past three years and they were returned unopened. Then i called them last monday and i talked to their customer service person (badge number 13)

He would not give me his name, according to him, i did not have tax prep on my schedule. The only thing i called them for was tax prep. They would not give me any additional info.

Now i am filing a fraud suit against them and from what i hear i have to wait in line. How can the government allow this to continue?
