I got a call to work one day to remind me that I did apply online for a credit card with Global Financial. The lady was very nice and with talking to her (MERLEE) I then decided to go ahead and give her all my account information.
I called after the 30 days you are supposed to for the package to arrive. It didn't come. I then called on 1-23-03 and was told they were 3weeks behind in mailing out packages, so I waited and called back again on 2-12-03
and was told that my account was in claims to be investigated and that the company would express a new package.
Called again on the 5th of March and was told it would be arrive in the next week. The days went by and I decided to call early and the phone number that was given is now not responding. I would like to know how I can get my money back and press charges against the company and the individuals misleading consumers.
