Company Refuses to pay me for sales made and manager's deals commissions

This shady company refuses to pay me my salary and commission for

Deals I made as a manager. THey owe me over$3000.
And they take forever to do people's loan mods and have even refused to do a few, even while taking the money for them and offerring no refund. Avoid this company at all costs.
