Banking JMN Logistics Mystery Shopper Scam. They send you a check so you can wire funds back to them., St. Louis, Quebec

My husband received check for $1,775.00. For a consumer research program. He was advised in letter to keep $100.00, shop w/$75.00, wire $1500.00, $100.00 remaining was to cover money gram/western union.

Different locations listed: Canada, Quebec QC, St. Louis Mo, NewYork Ny. Forms to be completed requested personal info and questionare was rediculous.
