Lawyer is trying to gather a debt which was removed via a bankruptcy. Paperwork was delivered to lawyer declaring this. Regulations company visited Middlesex County (NJ) courtroom to get a sense against me. They delivered the paperwork to an address I'venot existed at for 15 years. Additionally, my credit history suggests that you will find NO RECORDS OVERDUE!
This company does not appear to care if something was reduced. They utilize illegal practises to gather money-they aren't eligible for.
Any advise regarding how to deal with this case is greatly appreciated.
