On 6-07-07 I was contacted by J.D. Desautels from New Concepts for Success about a home based business opportunity. He sold me a package deal that totaled $189.00. They referenced the company head as Michael Hilliard and everything appeared to be legitimate. They sent out a page of business cards and certificates of your personalized web sites.
Shortly thereafter I was contacted by Al Klinger from Extreme Group Media and he claimed to work in association with New Concepts for Success. What Al offered was guaranteed advertising in a number of different packages. Basically I chose the 2,500 lead campaign that set me back $4875.00 and in 10 weeks he claimed I'd recoup at the very least that amount of money back or their advertising would run it again. He said I would receive my 1st check 30 days after my 1st sale. I called Al back on 7-17-07 and told him I wanted to cancel and he said I would have to talk with someome else.
Michael Hilliard had called me then and told me he was working on my advertising stuff already. I told him I wanted to cancel but he promised me that after the 10 weeks if I had not made my money back he would pay me the difference. I then called my Credit Card Company and put a dispute on the charge.
Then Michael Williams & Nicholas Kadavy (owner of Extreme Group Media) had then called me and said I have commision money built up and that they are not working on my adverting stuff because I had the dispute on my Credit Card. So I had to take the dispute off for me to get my commision and to get them to keep working on my adverting stuff. They also said they would give me more target leads and send me out post cards with peoples name on them to help me out. All in all it sounded to good to pass up. I haven't received a penny yet.
I had talked to so many people involved with these company's and they all seem to disappear or quit. The web site was mysteriously shut down, no one returns phone calls and a number of phone numbers have changed. I have talked to the Iowa Attorney General, Phoenix Attorney General, BBB, Phoenix Police, just about everything I can think of doing.
Has anyone had any luck with getting in contact with anyone or getting there money back.
This is just a short version of what I have gone thru and documented. I have about 20 names of people and about 12 telephone numbers to these people. I believe I have the personal cell phone numbers to Michael Hilliard (owner to New Concepts for Success) and Nicholas Kadavy (owner to Extreme Group Media).
If any lawyer wants to contact me about all my stuff I have, Please do so. Lets put these SCUM BAGS out of business for good.
