Mistreated ripped off

Because of Financial difficulties, I had to borrow money, ($300 NZD) from Money Centre, Papatoetoe, Auckland, NZ.
My 1st payment, was due the next week. I had organised a debit on my a/c with them, as my salary always goes through on Tuesday nights. Unfortunately, the debit was made before my salary was credited into my a/c, (within the same day). I realise that was my fault, and had incurred a penalty fee. However, I contacted to them and tell them I will make a manual payment to cover the amount owing and to change my direct debit to Wednesdays. 3-4weeks pass, and I thought this a/c was then settled - paid in full.

Just so that I would confirm all this, I then contacted Katie (Papatoetoe Office) & asked her to pls email/ph me with any amounts owing to them, so that I can make sure that I have sufficient funds to cover this.
This did not happen.

They suddenly deduct my account on a Friday, (Whereas I asked to alter to a WEDNESDAY), and because I didn't have sufficient funds in my a/c, the bank had charged me fees.
I then call Katie, to find out why they deducted from my a/c, as she was supposed to contact me prior, so that I can make sure that there is sufficient funds, in the a/c, for the deduction.

Her reply was "I'm really sorry about that, but You are not my only client and I was "TOO BUSY" to get back to you. Call Nick @ the Henderson Office, and he'll be able to help you".

I call Nick, and he doesn't want to help at all, he explains that, "It is not our problem that you did not have sufficient funds to cover the amount YOU owe to us, and we have already got our money. I will not have this conversation with you again, as Katie has informed me otherwise, and will not be reimbursing you because YOU SHOULD MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ENOUGH IN YOUR ACCOUNT.
I tried to explain that my point is...

"i should not be paying the bank "insufficient funds fee", as katie, money centre's employee, got too busy with her work, and not return my calls - very incompetent".

But he didn't want to know, or hear what I had to say.
I call Katie again, today, (Friday 20th December), and she says the same as before. I then ask for the Manager.

She puts me through to Ivan - The Manager.
Ivan's 1st words are "You're very lucky to be speaking to me, as I am the highest person you can speak to. The next person higher than me is GOD, and if you speak to GOD, then you'll be lying in a coffin". He laughs. And adds a few more sarcastic jokes.

Ivan won't listen to a word I say, and then says that because there is no money owing to them, there is no use of calling as they will never help me.

"I DON'T WANT YOUR RIP OFF BUSINESS!!!" I say, then he hangs up.
I call a few more times and they refuse to listen to me, or help me.

THE MONEY CENTRE, Katie, Ivan & Nick, are ripoffs. Their Company would do better without them, and their attitudes. I hope that people would not use their Company for any service, cos if they rip me off, then they're bound to rip you off.
