I signed with Gibsontrust almost 2 years ago. My money is in the bank the first of the month so they may withdraw said amount and pay off three credit cards. They have ruined my credit because they do not pay the bills on time.
My bills have actually increased because I usually have a $25.00 late fee added on each month. I have called ten times last month, e-mailed them with no response. Ifinally got thru to someone name Kamar, ext. 146 he has three times promised to call me back to no avail. I have left voice messages for him and I am now told this extension is no longer valid.
I called five times yesterday and five times again to day when I ask to speak to a consumer rep, I am sent back to "Welcome to Gibson Trust". The same thing occurs when I hold for the operator. They know my number and will not put me through. My debts are getting larger, I am a senior citizen and cannot afford to pay what it would cost me to get caught up. Please help
