I ordered a CD for the cost of shipping and handling, 2.99 but when I checked my bank transaction there was a charge for 39.95 that I did not authorize, needless to say I am irrate I can not stand when people try to scam me out of money. I contacted them and told them in no uncertain terms I wanted my money refunded back into my account today and that after researching I found numerous complaints regarding this very same issue. The more I read about it the madder I got. I was not very nice in my request and was given a confirmation number that my money would be refunded, however I do not trust them to do so after reading all the complaints regarding this company so I contacted my bank and requested a new card so that they can not continue to charge my account. I also e-mailed them regarding this situation, hopefully they got the message because I was furious. Thanks to usacomplaints.com I got a full understanding of how Grant Master operates and was able to respond accordingly.
