I am writing to you about Cross Country Bank. I feel mistreated and abused. They call my house all times of the night. They call my job constantly. I called one of the representatives to ask them to stop calling me on my job that I will try to take care of the bill or arrangemnets when I get home. They still call my work constantly. Also I spoke with the supervisor and he was very rude. He said that my account was past due and that I will have to get it caught up.
I told him that I don't have that kind of money at the time but I will send what I can. Also last month I made a payment.
Now I will send them one dollar a month. I am tired of being harrassed. They are very rude people. Hopefully I can file a harrassment suit against them.
