I Originally Saw An Ad On Tv To Call To Get Information To Help Us Out Of Credit Card Debt. We Called And After Looking Over What They Had To Offer Via Fax, It Seemed Like A Plausible Idea. We Were Currently About 69k In Credit Card Debt And There Plan had Everything Paid off In About 3 Years To the Tune Of 1200.00 Every Month Deducted From Our Checking Account. If You Do The Math We Would Have Saved Roughly 20k. They Advised Us to Close All Accounts And They Would Do the Rest. We Set A Date For The First Payment Of 1200 To Be Deducted From Our Checking Acct. They Deducted From Our Account A Week Earlier Than We had Agreed Upon. We Were Overdrawn And Had Over 500.00 In Fees From Bank. We Called Them Immediately Via, Phone, Fax, Email And Were Shuffled Around Until The Next Day We Heard Back From Ifs Debt, They Do The Marketing For Campos. The Branch Manager Chris Bellissimo Apoligized, Sent Me An Email Acknowledging their Mistake And Promised To Refund Our 1200 Plus Fees Incurred From Our Bank, We Were In The Middle Of Moving So While All This Is Going On We Have No Cash In Our Bank Account. My Wife had To take A Day Off Work To Talk To Bank To Get This Handled. IFS Did Not Refund Our Money, We Had To File A Claim With Bank And They Took Care Of It For Us. I Was Promised Over And Over This Would Not Happen Again! The Following Month They Tapped Our Bank Account Again Early And Hit Us With a 25.00 Fee Because The Last Payment Did Not Go Thru. I Have Emailed, Phoned, Wrote Letters, Faxed, Anything And Everything I Can Do To 1. Get Our Money back, 2. Discontinue This Program. It Has been A Horrible Experience, And The Lesson I Learned Was Do Not under Any Circumstance Give A Company Permission To Automatically Deduct From Your Bank Account For any Reason, Send me A Bill.
