I purchased a cd for $1.95 on 01/23, As of today 01/31 I still have not received this disk. Today when I looked at my bank account, I noticed that there was an unauthorized Charge for $39.95 from the same company - only I have no idea what it is for. I went back to the 1/23 transaction and noticed that it had a toll free number 866-370-7270 - but there was only a recording that their office hours have changed and the office was now closed. Per my bank I now have to cancel my debit/credit card and wait for a replacement to keep this from happening again! I WANT MY $ BACK. If I do not get an answer from BSM/Grant Research assistant - I will be getting the Federal Trade Commission involved.
This company is stealing from the public, and that's just bad business - The FTC should be made aware of it. Maybe if enough people complained to the FTC then BSM/Grant Search Assistant will see that the public is aware of their scam.
