This compay took money from my bank account. I contacted the bank & they suggested I try calling the company. I called and actually got a person on about the 10th try. Told her my story and she said they would look into it and the money sould be back in my account in about 20 days.
After a month and it was not there I called abain and got someone after several tries & was told I had to type a letter and explain that I had called AT&T & it was not my collect account and send a copy of the check.
I did this and still have not gotten a responce.
Now no one will answer the phone or call me back. The stress this has cause me is making me sick. I'm at a loss as to what to do next!
