This company called me today to threaten for a lawsuit... in fact they have filed a suit against me and never informed... I showed up in courts and represented myself and won against them... If you are a victim of their threats, do NOT be afraid of them! Insult them if you have to, they deserve more than that because they are in the business of coming after innocent people... in my case, my roommate did not pay some of the utilities and because he named me in the contract and although I was NOT responsible for the debt of $900.98, they came after me and threatened... I showed the judge a debt I was NOT liable for the debt... Now, I am going to issue a Summons and sue them in small claims court for my time and for damages... I will bring them to their knees and can hardly wait...
