Idiots trying to collect 16 year old credit card debt

These idiots are trying to collect a credit card debt from a GM mastercard i had almost 16 years ago they call me and harass me approx 5 times a day they never leave messages and if i talk to them they threaten me if im not mistaken the statute of limitations on debts is 6 years these idiots wont quit. Why are they still in buisness?
