Ripped off and scammed

I was misrepresentd by the people at First Capitol Comsumers. They promised me things that would help me out on paying my hospital bills. At the time that my daughter was 5 months and i needed some help paying hospital bill so they lead me to believe that i was getting a credit card that would help me with that. They told me things that i would get and receive in the mail within 30 days. I didnt get anything that they promised me and when i did receive something passed 30 days it was not what they told me it was. I just think that it is really bad to take advantage of a couple with a new baby.
