Ripp off and telephone harrassment

I was ripped off by this company hitting my checking account 15 times after the debt was paid. I got a checking account compromise and my bank manager put the money back in my account. Now they call day and night up to 20 times a day with no number to block and nothing the phone companies will do. A police report is useless unless you have a phone number. Alecia Sibio Gilbert Az
