Ripoff business from hell

I have also fallen prey to this scam. I sent them $43 and was shocked it was a catalog u had to order from. When i called they told me to send back the packet and i would recieve a refund, still waiting, lol.

I found a 1-800-799-1003# on one of these reports, but u cant get through unless you have the credit card #. Which i sent back to them. My question is: is there anyone out here who knows how to start a class action suit???
