Cca First National Merchant Card
They sent me a card and started taking money from my account ripoff

I received a card in the mail so i called to activate it. They told me i could buy stuff on a online catalog and that they would send cash to my account when i asked for cash. I could not find the online catalog and instead of putting money in may account they were taking it out. I have made several attempts to call them to cancle the card but never can seem to get a real person. Please help me know what to do.
