Capitlal 1st is a Fraud. Company out of Miami Florida calls you to say that you have been approved for Master Card with an unscured credit line of $2,500.00. Thay take information on you and your bank account before you know it, your bank account has been debited $29.95; $59.95, and $99.00. Several complaints have been registered with Dept of Consumer affairs. There need to be a class action filed.
