Yes, I got the info from Mark Hodges Don't get scammed website. I thought this had to be the real thing. A woman who had been scammed in the past was doing great things in the business world. Boy was I wrong.
In August I called the 800 number and was talked into buying this "program" by Delaney Durbin. After being assured that if I gave it my all, I would make money. However, I was told that I had UP TO A YEAR to receive a full refund. I was also assured that if I did not make my initial money back within 3 months, I would get a refund.
I received the materials and did exactly what the instructions said to do: read thru all materials and fax in all my tax info, SSN, etc. I then contacted my "personal"training coach and was told now they could do everything for me and I just needed to choose the right plan for me. I had 3 choices depending on how much money I could spend. It was anywhere from $1500 - $5000.
I told him that I was told by Mr. Durbin that I could advertise for free to start with.in fact, that's what Delaney recommended. But when I spoke to my "personal coach", he was not happy that I was not willing to pay the extra thousands without testing the market first.
My coach was pretty much done with me at that point. He was no longer helpful and told me to do a search to find out how to advertise for free. He had an attitude at that point. I asked him why he had an attitude and of course his tone changed immediately. I advertised free with numerous online sites and others.
My same personal coach called me about a week later and asked how my business was coming and that I needed to sign up for "their" program help. I explained that I had already spoken to him a week ago for about an hour—he didn't remember speaking with me.
Today I contacted Oscar and I requested a full refund. I tried the program and it was not for me. He refused to give me a refund stating that I had not lived up to my contract. I did as I was told—to try this program and advertise at least 1 different way per month. He said that wasn't good enough. When I asked him to get me a manager, he said he was the manager. He said he was not going to let me go that fast and why was I giving up on myself.
I will get a refund or I will file charges against this company. This is blatant fraud.
Staya away from this company&they do not honor their word and chastise you for asking for a refund. I cannot believe that this company is still in business. Supposedly they are a member of the BBB. I will file a complaint with AZ BBB next.
I would not advertise and send people to their site now for anything. I do not want to be part of a company that does business like this. I do not want others that come thru my website to order this program and be treated as I was.
