I entered into an agreement with GCR Capital on 02-01-06 to fund my new truck. Was to get the funding by the 02-09-06 and did not receive the funds after sending them 2,195.00 dollars in certified funds on the 02-02-06. Spoke to Lenny Freeman, John Grant, Judy DiVincenzo still have not received refund.
The contract was issued by a person by the name of Tim Labus to whom I have left many phone message's with and has not returned any call's to me. I run a small trucking company in New Jersey. IF any one wants to contact me feel free to use the rebuttal box below. Also spoke to a person at GCR Capital by the name of Cory Lockert and got promised all kind's of thing's which are not true.
