Rip Me Off For $239.00 And There Phone Is Always Busy. Ripoff con-artists took us for all we had rip off scam con artists

I deposited 239 dollars in my acount to recieve two credit cards that were suppose to total at lease 3500 dollars in credit. Pre approved 500 fast cash. A low 6 percent interest rate. Special bonus for first 1000 caller. A computer. I thought I was told a couple of weeks. Then a recording told me 4 to 6 weeks. It now reaching 10 weeks and nothing at all. The money was taken from my account on January 14th. $239.00. Just give the money back would make me happy.
