My husband and I owe our home free and clear, in febuary he changed jobs so he would be home evry night, we took a big paycut but were a happier family unit this way.
With the pay cut came late truck payments and other late payments, so we looked into a loan against our house since it is paid for.
I was contacted in March and was told process would be quick and easy, hahaha.
After faxing everything in the world except a blood sample (which im waiting for that to be the next "last thing" they need. After they finally had the last thing they redid the paper work in May but by then our credit wasnt good enough anymore since we missed 3 truck payments, So we had to go with a co-signer, and that didnt work either so My parent have had to do the loan in their name (good thing I have their names on my Deed)... So now I am sitting here 4 months late on my truck (which is locked up in the yard to avoid repossesion) and was told last friday the loan was closed, but it seems now they are haggling over a flood zone issue, even after recieving a statement from my insurance carrier explaing we are NOT in a flood zone, and also speaking to her on the phone!
WE HAVE DONE EVERYTHING and sent everything they have asked for and still NO LOAN!!!
I cannot say a bad word about my costumer representative, she has been great through all of this.
However to all the underwriters and the title people and anyone else in charge, I will find a way to make them pay for all the stress and financial burden they have cause me and my family.
I hope they can sleep at night knowing there are 3 kids that have no school supplies or new clothes this year BECAUSE OF THEM AND THERE PAPERWORK B. S!!!
If there is a class action lawsuit I am IN!!!
