Card fraud

I 18 yrs old and recived this certificate in the mail stating that i had been pre-approved for a credit card that had a $5000 credit limit, well i sent them the $39 processing fee, then aftr about a week i received a call by them telling me that iould receive a free calling card with god knows how many minutes and also a lot of oher free stuff, after that i got suspicious because i didnt know what kind of credit card it was, for ex. If it was a visa, mastercard, or what, so i decided to look on theinternet well to mysuprise i found this site. Im realy upset ihope i cpuld get my money back we'll see what happens
