Ripoff can't tell if I'm getting all money back for a service I didn't use

These people ar driving me nuts. When I tried to cancel my membership within the necessary 30 days they tied me up on the phone for twenty minutes and implied that my cancellation of a service I never used would reflect negatively on my credit report. From what they are saying, I get the feeling that They are not going to send me my full refund. Then they tried to keep me on some of their other services and send me "rebate checks" to use on their products late
