We refinanced with Centex, at a higher rate than we wanted but were told, in writing that they woudld refinance in 6 months. After 6 months I started calling and was told that you have to wait 12 months.
In the meantime strange charges started appearing which I refuted. I was then told we weren't elgibile for refinance since we had late charges on the account. Even though I faxed proof that they cashed the checks on the first of each month.
