Got a Credit One Bank card a couple of weeks ago. I got an automated call saying my first payment is Dec 20th. When I try to pay it I can't login online. I can't get ahold of anyone in customer service to get my online account fixed so I can get online and pay it. They don't have an email to email them either. Their phone service is automated and if you try to hit "zero"or anything to get ahold of a live customer service rep it hangs up on you.
This company is ridiculous in trying to make a payment and get ahold of.
