I delivered a pencil to Mont Blanc for certification. I packed it based on their directions: consider unique display box, wrap in bubblewrap, devote box, vessel covered. A couple weeks later, it's delivered in my experience having a notice of credibility. Sadly, it had been packed within an UNLINED, SOLITARY-COATING Tyvek-like cover. The external item identification sleeve was dumped and also the display package was damaged; the notice of credibility was likewise crinkled and water-damaged. It isn't the problem of the provider (UPS) — because the package was not put through strange problems.
I Have been on offer with MB for 2 weeks today to obtain a substitute sleeve. "It's ahead from Germany." okay, good, but which shouldnot take-two weeks. "It Is against organization plan to provide several unique sleeve to some client." I actually donot provide a darn—when they had loaded it properly, I'dnot *need* a brand new sleeve. They have to create the problem right. They're a higher-finish organization with low end assistance.
