Illed twice for items I did not orde

I requested an effort supply for delivery solely of $4.95 and was guaranteed that no extra costs or expenses could be future until I requested extra materials. I've received nothing and also have been billed twice for item that I've not obtained. The test of the merchandise that I did so obtain didn't do something for me personally. It is useless. The corporation ought to be brought along.
