Won't stop shipments

I approved an effort present and today maintain getting deliveries of the merchandise. I'm being instantly billed on my charge card. I've three unopened deliveries to come back but am scared easily simply deliver them back I'll not obtain credit. I've attempted to get hold of them about that but obtain no reaction. I've also required they quit cargo plus they proceed.
