Two Sale Watch Orders Never Shipped, Had to Cancel for a Refund

I placed two separate orders (W4639922 and W4638734) for a watch that they claimed to have in stock and on sale, and they never delivered either of them. In fact, the company kept delaying the delivery date until I had to call, cancel the orders, and demand a refund. They were quick to charge my card, but slow to give any explanation for the delay in delivery.

When I called their customer support line, I reached a call center where the agent was very difficult to understand, and I kept having to ask them to repeat themselves.

They are advertising items they don't even have in stock as being on sale at a large discount. Their site should be shut down.
