Eight Months Waiting for Simple Home Loan Modification

It's been 8 months for a simple home modification. Now I have to start over. Even sending in all new paperwork they can't use because it's been so long. Even though nothing has changed. Obama and I have something in common we are the cause. The latest I was told that everyone was denied and Iam in default. And to think all I wanted was a fixed rate.
