Approved, Deposit Taken, Appraisal Done, Then Denied and Rep Unreachable

They said I was approved. They said I needed to make a Refundable Deposit. Then they send an Inspector, who did an Appraisal. Then I was not approved. Then Nigel, the rep I was dealing with was on vacation for weeks, and no one would return my calls.
