Checks held, largest items posted first, NSF on every item

I have really learned my lesson. BBandT is the worst bank I have ever banked with in my 20 years of banking. They purposely hold checks or debits for longer than needed. Then, if your account is .01 short, they will charge you for all of those purchases when there was actually enough money in the bank to cover the charges. What happens is they put the largest items through first, and when your account is short, they charge you for all of the items.

If they put the items through as they were presented, in order of smallest item first, your account may have been short the .01 cent and justifiably be charged the one NSF fee, but not for every item to be posted.

This is wrong and should be illegal.
