I have an Xbox 360 and put my credit card information in to automatically pay for Xbox Live, which is a charge of 9.99. But I noticed today that my account was charged 19.98 on top of the original 9.99, and the billing statement reads "MSFT billing bill.net WA." I do not know what is going on, but it is not right. I will be going over the last few months of bank statements and pulling my info.
