Suntrust Merchant Processing - SunTrust Bank
Unannounced $500 Termination Fee for Closing Merchant Account

I signed a contract with SunTrust Bank for their Merchant Processing Services. Nowhere in their contract is there any mention of a $500.00 termination fee, nor did their service representative mention any such fees when selling me on their services. This is outright fraud!

I have been in touch with the SunTrust Bank Collections Department, and they have not done anything to assist me. SunTrust Bank is not a reputable company for knowingly approving such fraud. Do not do business with them.
