Unknown Billing Charge on My Card, Source Unclear

"Msft *billing bill. MS.net WAUS" is what I have just been billed for on my Visa card. I have not had any idea or insight from calling MSN or Xbox Live as to how or what it is. When I started to research it, all I could find out is the same thing I have known this whole time: nothing! Does anyone know where the heck this is coming from?
