For anyone looking to purchase a registered toy or mini chinese shar pei. Please avoid Christin Lamb or Christin Fraser (she used both names) and uses two kennel names one is called Blue Dragon shar pei, the other is Bigkahuna shar pei.
I purchased two mini female shar pei from Christin Lamb (Fraser) these two weren't the original dogs I had paid for in full but subsitutes. One was a lilac mini female, the other was a black brushcoat female who was sold to me as a small standard. When I asked Christin what was meant by a small standard I was told under 18" at the shoulder. The mini's to be classified as such must not be over 17" at the shoulder. I don't consider a small standard being 21 plus inches! Also at the time of making arrangements for the two females Christin emailed me to inform me that she had sent a black female to a breeder in Abbotsford British Columia Canada.
