Gutter boyz installed gutters on my new construction house on May 21. During cleaning on April 23 and 26, the gutter cleaning man pointed out 2 problem areas: the 1st being a 20' length of gutter over the garage door, which is not sloped enough to drain toward the downspout, causing water to sit stagnant, attracting mosquitos. The 2nd is in the front and has an apparent low spot which causes rain and debris to collect in 1 spot and not drain toward the downspout, but rather overflows the gutter at that point, causing soil erosion beneath. The gutters are under a 5-yr. Warranty and are less than 1 year old. Rather than address the problems, the company has actually blamed the gutter cleaning man; made an appt. To come check it out and no-showed, and failed to return messages. I had similar problems with this company right after installation and they behaved similarly - not returning phone calls, shirking responsibility, etc.
