I ordered the promotion face cream for free trail and paid $4.95 for shipping and Handling. Cream does not agree with me causing red blotches on my skin. I did not respond in the 14 day period as
1. I did not know I was supposed to.
2. The face cream is detrimental to me

I discovered this company's policy when I saw that other people have also been charge enormous charges on their cards without wanting the product.
