It has taken me many years to come forward and speak out as an INSIDER WITNESS... MULTIPLE VIOLATIONS INVOLVED with Herbalife International.
I was involved with someone who started WAY, WAY back in 1991 - in the "Resurgence" of Herbalife.
I was 1 of 11 people offered Inside Stock Offering of Herbalife Stock A — for 49 cents a share — in the former Vice President of Herbalife, Larry Thompson's Personal Home and Mansion in Beverly Hills.
I was also 1 of 11 people in on the plan on the "Re-Birth" of Herbalife.
This "Re-Birth" of Herbalife, mind you — was taking place in late 1990, early 1991.
I WAS THERE. I personally knew the former Vice President of the company as well as his direct trainers.
ALSO, I have so much information to tell all of you, because remember back in 1991 — the Internet did NOT EXIST.
This was a time when Herbalife was heavily damaged from the reputation it got from "being sued by the FDA for its herbal supplements" in the late 1980's.
Apparently, there are 2 versions of what really happened with the FDA lawsuit: one is the Herbalife version and the other is the United States Government version.
OK — so not to dwell on that — let me just fill you in on how this whole thing started and got to where most of you are today.
Since I have read all of these reports, which have all been listed here since the new century.
Let me explain. Back then, in 1991, Mark Hughes had a VERY BAD IMAGE PROBLEM... He needed Herbalife to be "re-birthed" in the public's eyes... Some time had passed since the FDA SCANDALS HITTING THE FRONT PAGES OF MOST NEWSPAPERS and the Bad Press that followed.
He was about to take the Company Public on NASDAQ. I was back then — a very young and impressionable 21 year old, sitting in the Vice President's Mansion in Beverly Hills with only 11 people present — including Mark Hughes and it's then Vice President, Larry Thompson.
Herbalife was multi-level the old-fashioned way at that time.
My then partner was 41 years old — 20 years older than me at the time, and well-versed in the business world, having been a retired multi-millionaire in the travel business, down on his luck at that moment due to financial obligations and he was looking for another business opportunity at the time. Herbalife and it's insiders seemed a pretty good fit for Jeffrey Powers.

Well, I'm telling you — I have so, so much information for you.
I WAS THERE — AT THE VERY BEGINNING OF THIS GAME, SO if you would, try to understand I have lots of information to tell —
However, I want to say a couple of things here before I go any further.
My personal experience with Herbalife comes from the close relationship I had with one of the leaders of the company today.
Back then, he was just another guy looking at a business opportunity like many of you.
But I watched him "metamorph" into someone I do not know today.
Quite literally — for Herbalife STOLE his SOUL.
I have seen what GREED and ADDICTION TO MONEY does to people.
And, I have to say... That unless you are a very, very, very strong person — the addiciton to money can easily go to your head like it did to my unrecognizable ex.
I also have to say, in all FAIRNESS to Mark's 2 boys and to the survival of any hope the company has for the future:

At 5'9", at 100 pounds and able to walk side-ways through a rod-iron gate, going from size 10 shoes to size 8, size 10 clothes to a size 2, bra size 38D to 32B... Myself,
Yes, the products do WORK for WEIGHT LOSS — BUT IN AN
UN-HEALTHY WAY, since the PEOPLE in the company and the Mental State that they surround you in — are very, very damaging.
I have always said: the products in that company work,
But * stay away * from the people!!!
I saw my ex turn into someone who had a CONSCIENCE - who could not hurt a fly into someone very ugly — who had
* no conscience *.
No conscience = sociopath.
LACK OF EMPATHY = 1st major trait of a sociopath.
And Herbalife EXCELS at turning its "Leaders" and Higher-ups in the company into people who have NO CONSCIENCE and can no longer tell right from wrong.
At what point is enough enough?
At what point is enough money enough money?
At what expense?
Your Consciousness to your fellow human beings?
I saw things that will blow your mind.
I saw things that destroyed innocent lives.
I saw people ending up homeless who put their last $4,000 into buying the product to become a "Supervisor" only to end up living out of their car, having so much stress put on their marriage because they could not sell the product that they ended up divorced. And homeless.
At what point does your dear friend, the one you put into that state to take a lousy $4,000 from them — at what point does your consciousness tell you it is the wrong thing to do, because your friendship is worth more than the lousy money?
I saw so many cases like this — FROM THE TOP OF THE COMPANY.
I can continue, and I will.
It will take me more time to explain how this Herbalife Automated Computer System came about.
But rest assured: at the top of the automated computer system, more than likely you will find these people hiding in the 805 area code in ventura county, california.
Rest assured, guys like: david lundgren, joe flaherty and jeffrey powers...
Will have their come-uppance.
Remember This: It is the One Most Powerful Thought I can Leave All of You Who have been sorely affected by these people's actions in Herbalife:
When the Media Fails Us, It is Time for US to be the Media.
Nothing can stop the power of you becoming your own voice.
Do not let them shut you up. If you go silent, you people who have been ripped off by herbalife, then they win.
That is what big bullies do.
That is what big corporations do.
That is what un-conscious people like sociopaths do.
Don't you become one of them.
Don't lose your ability to empathize with the less fortunate,
for you lose your soul when you do.
* do * keep doing what you are doing — go to the alternative press,
write your own articles,
build your own website,
do make t-shirts about the rip-off,
and do keep talking.
Do become the media — it's what drives them nuts. They can't control you.
And do it often enough, in numbers big enough,
And then the little davids will have their day in stopping a big goliath like herbalife and the destruction it wrecks on people.
