Detra Ext 2711 I was ripped off for $790.00 from Electric company because my payment was returned to Bank by mistake. Agfter 8 years of perfect payment, one payment was returned to bank and they now require Deposit Internet
Because a payment was late my electric was shut off and I was chugged $40 plus a $790 deposit fee for 23 months. I was not notified that the payment was not received. Progress energy was very rude to me. This is not outstanding customer service. ...
