I bought land using this company then asked for a discount if I used them for my construction loan a they said they would give me a discount then THEY PUT THE SCREWS TO ME BIG TIME. Ripoff
Do not use this company as they will charge you much more in fees and title charges than most. I am not new to buying property and I was majorly screwed by using this company.
