Purchased a H20 X5 Steam Mop it only worked once. Have been intouch with a company called Thane who market this product and they tell me Liberascelta is not one of their authorised dealers an it is possibly a fake. Have tried to email them but it keep on bouncing back to me. I dont think the are ...
