Placed orders for ellery queen, the complete series along with the equalizer complete series, i ordered them on Nov 30 as gifts to my parents, i finally did receive the equalizers 4 volumes but vol 1, the jacket which holds the dvd's was broken in several pieces, i tried calling customer service ...
