Rick Mcgrath of Technology Contractors accepted payment of $2000 for a down payment in jan '09 on a metal roof in Galveston and I've not seen him since. When i try to call him, he either doesn't answer or offers excuses... Smooth talker, pretends to be a christian, avoid at all costs!!! ...
