I purchased a dehumidifier from the owner (Calb Boucher). I paid him cash and he took off. After attaching the unit to electricity, it does not run and it makes lot of noises. I contacted Ostisburg.com many occasions but he never returned my call. What a scam. Watch out for this business. ...
