Ripoff installed alarm that doesn't work phone rings through alarm pad
We had the alarm installed 9/05. Don't use it much, really only when we leave town as one of us is almost always home. Left for Ireland in Feb. Alarm would not arm. Pissed off. Repair guy came to house, alarm not fixed. Will not arm, fire alarm goes off for NO reason TWICE! Repair guy comes out ...
