I've lived in Island Shores Apartments in WPB, Fl for 7 years. It was previously owned by TCRS and was great. Within the past year, Investments Limited in Boca Raton has become the new mgmt. Company. DON'T MOVE HERE!!! They have opened "the flood gates" by allowing anyone to move here. ...
